The College posts a summary of all Specified Continuing Education or Remedial Programs (SCERP) outcomes which is issued when investigations reveal concerns about client care or public safety. This applies to complaints and reports received on or after January 1, 2017, and to SCERPs issued on or after May 30, 2017.

The College posts details of any court decision that includes a finding of professional negligence or malpractice against the OT. This applies to findings reported to the College by the OT on or after June 4, 2009.

The College posts a summary of all criminal convictions, (except for convictions for "ticketable" offences such as parking infractions under the Highway Traffic Act), and any convictions for non-criminal offences that are relevant to the OT’s suitability to practise occupational therapy, known to the College, and occurring on or after January 1, 2016.

The College posts a summary of any known current conditions or restrictions concerning the custody or release of an OT. For current conditions or restrictions known to the College prior to June 27, 2017, the College only posts a summary if they relate to or impact the OT’s practice of occupational therapy.

The College posts a summary of any existing criminal charges, (except charges for "ticketable" offences such as parking infractions under the Highway Traffic Act), and any charges for non-criminal offences that are relevant to the OT’s suitability to practise occupational therapy, that are known to the College, and occurring on or after November 1, 2017.
